Restored and renovated in 2005, this charming, two-storey, townhouse is situated in a tiny courtyard in Komiza's main pedestrian Villa is 400 years old. The house was rebuilt twice, the last redecoration was in 2003.
All floors were reconstructed in details and the purpose of the house today and kept authentic look because of the using of traditional materials: wood, stone and iron.
Villa has the spirit of old times, but the most modern equipment. It have air conditioner, safe, electron locks, quality mattresses and satellite tv. Bathrooms has the most modern equipment including the hair dryer. House has its own water magazines.
Our wish is that you have holidays of your dreams: rest good, refill batteries, see the natural beauties of Vis, Komiza and Bisevo, and come back to us next year.
A kitchen, dining area and small bathroom occupy the ground floor. A flight of stone steps leads upstairs along the exterior of the building to the first floor with main bathroom and extra kitchenette.
There are four double bedrooms and a bathroom spread over the first and second floors. The bedroom windows have birdseye views of the treetops and pantiled roofs. The rooms are bright and airy, painted in warm shades of lemon and terracotta. The bedrooms have beautiful old wardrobes and dresser drawers. The floors are hardwood, the furnishings tasteful and uncluttered. All in all, a house of character and charm.
The Villa have a beautiful backyard, as well as a romatinc terrace where guest can enjoy.
