Apartment is situated in a stone villa that is over 400 years old. The last redecoration was in 2003.
House kept authentic look because of the using of traditional materials: wood, stone and iron.
House has the spirit of old times, but the most modern equipment. All apartments have air conditioner, safe, electron locks, quality mattresses and satellite tv. Bathroom has the most modern equipment including the hair dryer.We will do everything to make your staying unforgettable!
On the second floor one of two apartments is Maslina which has a view to the street. It has a room 23 m2, a bathroom 3.5 m2 and a balcony about 2 m2. and is suitable for two persons or a couple with one child.
Apartment is visually divided in to the two parts: sleeping part with a double bed (additional bed can be placed if needed), SAT TV, closet which is built in to the wall, a safe and living-room part with small kitchen. Kitchen has 3 sitting places. Apartment has an air conditioner (cooling /heating). There is a little balcony on the street side with a small table and two chairs.
Bathroom has old stone walls and modern equipment (shower/toilet, hair dryer, rotation mirror, heating, etc.).

Komiza is placed on the island Vis, one of the islands of Middle Dalmatia which is connected with daily boat-lines Split-Vis. The town is placed in a bay on the western part of island Vis, under the hill Hum (600m).
There are also a few sandy beaches there.Thanks to the fact that Vis is so far from the main land, sea around Vis is rich with fish and shells.
Tourist tax should be paid upon arrival. Reservations can be made only from Saturday to Saturday, except in periods before or after season.
